Once this Starter class is completed, you will be equipped to create more of your own wooden planter boxes. Choose a design and take the plunge! Outfit your yard and deck with beautiful planters.
The first crucial step is gaining confidence in using all the necessary tools. Next, familiarize yourself with the various wood options. Finally, learn the techniques to assemble the planter box! Alongside your group, follow the necessary steps and techniques to build a basic planter box. The focus of this class is to learn to safely use power tools and master the assembly of a square type planter box. Once you've mastered one type of design, the possibilities are endless!
This is a "Make & Take" class and includes the cost of materials to build a 17"x17" CEDAR planter box.
