How to Sign Up For An Account

Follow these simple steps to create your account and access the DIY Training Center dashboard:

  1. Visit the Sign-Up Page: Go to this link to begin the sign-up process.
  2. Enter Your Details and Click "Sign Up": Once all your information is entered, click the Sign Up button.
  3. Access Your Account: After successfully creating your account, you will be redirected to the DIY Training Center dashboard page where you can start exploring and registering for classes.

How to Log In

  1. Go to Momence.com: Open your web browser and visit momence.com.
  2. Sign In to Your Account: On the top right corner of the homepage, click the Log In button. Enter your email and password, and click Log In to access your account.

How to Reset Your Password

Reset your password using the link below:

If you're having trouble logging in, follow these steps to reset your password:

  1. Go to Reset Password Page: Open your web browser and visit momence.com/forgotpassword.
  2. Send a Reset Password Email: Enter your email and click reset password button.
  3. Check Your Inbox: An email will be sent to your registered email address. If you don't see it in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder.
  4. Reset Your Password:
    • Open the email and click the link provided.
    • Enter your new password in the designated field and confirm it.
  5. Sign In with Your New Password: Return to Momence.com, log in using your new password, and access your account.

How to Cancel a Class

From Mobile:

  1. Log In to the App: Open the app on your mobile device and log in using your credentials.
  2. View Your Upcoming Classes: Once logged in, you'll immediately see a list of your upcoming classes on the home screen.
  3. Cancel a Class: To cancel a class, simply tap the red "Cancel" button next to the class you wish to cancel.

From Desktop:

  1. Log in to Your Account: Visit our website and log in to your account using your credentials.
  2. View Your Upcoming Classes: After logging in, you'll see a list of your upcoming classes displayed on your dashboard.
  3. Cancel a Class: To cancel a class, click the dropdown menu next to the class you wish to cancel and select the "Cancel" option.


How to Buy Money Credits

Adding Money Credits

If you already have money credits in your profile, you can easily add more credits to pre-pay for future classes.

  1. Access Your Profile: Log in to your account and navigate to the Memberships section.
  2. View Your Membership: Under Memberships, select My Membership.
  3. Add Money Credits: If you have existing money credits, you’ll see an option to add more credits. Simply click on this option and add the desired amount.

Important Note:

  • No Existing Money Credits? If you currently do not have any money credits in your profile, the option to add more credits will not be visible. In this case, please contact our team to have money credits added to your profile, enabling you to use this feature.

How to Split Your Class Payment

We are sometimes asked for students to be able to make partial payments on classes. With the Momence system, you can split the payment for your class into smaller, manageable payments.

  1. Plan Your Payments: Our system allows you to take your time and make partial payments until you’ve saved up enough to pay for the class in full.
  2. Self-Serve Payment: If you have dollar credits in your account but not enough to cover the full cost of the class, you won’t be able to complete the transaction unless you add additional credits. You’ll see an option to do this during checkout.
  • Example: If a class costs $495 and you have less than that in credits, you can click 'Add Credits' to purchase the additional amount needed. This requires a card on file.
  1. Complete Your Payment: Once you have added enough credits to cover the cost, you can complete your registration and secure your spot in the class.

How to Refer a Friend

  1. Go to the Referral Section: Log in to your DIY Training Center account.  https://momence.com/sign-in or better to download the Momence App from your App Store.

(If you need an account, contact us.  If you need to setup your that we've created for you already, ensure to click the forgot password.)

On the left side menu, select "Refer & Earn."

  1. Choose "Recommend a Host": In the "Refer & Earn" section, make sure to select "Recommend a Host."

  1. Share Your Link: Copy your unique referral link and share it with your friends via email, social media, or any way you prefer.
