INTRODUCTION TO WOODWORKING
Send your kiddo to our Handy KIDS woodworking sessions and they'll build beginner projects from bird feeders to small tables! With hands-on learning classes and the guidance of our renovation professionals, they'll gain woodworking skilz and feel that ~confidence boost~ Plus, they'll go home with their finished project. So fun!
Our 4 week series class consists of 4 consecutive weekdays, 2 hrs each week. Your child is learning:
- Correct tools for the job
- Hand tools
- Power tool instruction – saws/drills
- Targeting to finish 2 woodworking projects such as tool caddies, small tables, bird feeders, bird houses or outside wooden games.
The class is geared towards teenagers. Please let us know if your youth is not yet a teen and wants to join. Minimum of 5 registrants are necessary to run this class.
